Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the U.S.

For orders below $99, we charge a $5 flat rate fee.

Orders placed with standard shipping from Monday through Friday will arrive in 3-7 business days. Please note that orders received before 12 PM ET may be processed on the same day.

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are subject to a $20 flat rate for standard shipping. These orders cannot be expedited.

Please note that during promotional sales, shipping may experience slight delays. Also, keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as it depends on the standard procedures of the carriers.

CragRag shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery as this depends on the carriers. If you need your order to arrive on a specific date, we recommend contacting us before placing your order at eshop@cragrag.com.
